We operate a centralised service with 200 agents and growing.  We can receive and transmit a huge volume of requests by phone, and also have extensive experience in handling web-based communication and social media.

Our inbound call centre service deals with enquiries from your customers, and our sophisticated IT system allows us to seamlessly handle multiple calls simultaneously. Our outbound call centre service proactively approaches companies and individuals based on a carefully designed brief agreed with you. This relates to your company’s ethos, tone of voice and outcomes. We deliver telemarketing, product promotion, charitable donations and market research.


We are an accredited SQA Training Centre with the capacity to provide a huge range of flexible training for individuals and organisations. This includes vocational qualifications as well as short industry-specific courses in a number of disciplines. We can embed support into our training style to meet the needs of long term unemployed adults.

We can offer flexible and comfortable meeting rooms in our Glasgow offices, or in the beautiful environment of Stornoway.

Situated at the organisation's Wilson Street office, a short walk from Queen  and Central Stations, the board room in Glasgow offers quality, competitively priced accommodation in the centre of the city. It is flexible and can be set out for a range of meetings, training, talks, interviews and seminars.  You can use the flipchart, wi-fi and state of the art touch screen technology free of charge.

Our meeting space in Stornoway provides a comfortable base for anyone working for short periods in the Outer Hebrides. It can be used to meet clients,hold larger meetings, or as a hot-desk space.

Social Enterprise Direct is the trading arm of Advice Direct Scotland, a charity that supports all Scottish citizens. 

We deliver a full CAB service over the phone and online. We give information to those who need it most, at times of crisis, to resolve their problems. The profit from our contact centre work therefore directly supports struggling families, individuals and communities.

We also aim to help people into work, providing jobs where they are needed and delivering training and support, so that we maintain a skilled workforce with sustainable jobs. We deliver excellent training that is person-centred, vocational and accredited.
